JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business System Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce skills to analyze and enhance business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes. You will be a crucial part of a team that values innovation and efficiency, working in a hybrid environment that blends remote and in-office work.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce Experience: 1-2+ years with hands-on experience and at least one certification in Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, or Salesforce Admin.
  • SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methods.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Industry Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in the Insurance or Financial industry.
  • Technical Exposure: Experience documenting step-by-step system processes, pseudo code, or SQL.
  • Versatility: Comfortable and effective in both business and technical environments.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hybrid Work Environment: Must be willing to work in a hybrid setting, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user stories, and business requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative methodologies.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other team members to ensure effective solutions and timely delivery.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, proposing solutions and enhancements as needed.
