Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a Senior Solution Architect on Salesforce projects delivered out of Switzerland, collaborating with junior architects and technical leads to help them analyse business requirements, translating them into solutions using the Salesforce platform;
  • Being responsible for validating the solutions proposed to our clients, determine required resources, and set a realistic schedule for project delivery;
  • Providing technical thought leadership on our proposals and help shape the technical vision of our Swiss Salesforce practice;
  • Collaborating with our global network of senior Salesforce architects to share our overall technical expertise with our Swiss practice, but also provide feedback to our global Salesforce delivery vision;
  • Working in global development work streams often with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore;
  • Maintaining effective client relations – working with senior client stakeholders on complex requirements;
  • Providing mentoring and sharing knowledge of the Salesforce with others, especially junior members of the team.
