• Collaborate on an international team for Knauf’s OneCRM Program, focusing on customizing and developing Marketing/Sales Solutions (MSS) applications.
• Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, configurations, deployments, integrations, custom code, and data quality management.
• Craft custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Streamline business processes by leveraging Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Workflows, Flow, and email alerts.
• Manage development from initial analysis to production deployment using Copado, ensuring seamless and impactful solutions.
• Establish and advocate for best practices in Salesforce application development to boost productivity, performance, scalability, and system monitoring.
• Tackle proactive and corrective maintenance, efficiently debugging and resolving issues to maintain system integrity.
• Lead the charge in championing Salesforce tools, mentoring team members, and sharing knowledge to maximize capabilities.
• Manage and configure non-production sandboxes to support development and testing.
• Create detailed documentation for new features and enhancements, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and team alignment.
