We are currently looking for a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
• Oversee the design and development of Salesforce applications ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce DevOps processes including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Manage SFDC data ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the platform.
• Lead the development and customization of SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Necessary skills and experience required:

• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOps including CI/CD processes.
• Have extensive experience with SFDC Data management and integrity.
• Show proficiency in developing and customizing SFDC Lightning components.
• Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Integration with other systems.
• Be adept at SFDC Configuration to meet complex business requirements.
• Have a solid understanding of the Utilities domain and its specific needs.
• Advanced/ Upper Intermediate English
