WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Visualforce).
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and third-party integration tools.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers, to ensure that business requirements are met through Salesforce best practices and technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Implement third-party integrations and Salesforce APIs.
• Leverage Salesforce declarative features such as flows, process builder, and custom objects to meet business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the alignment of Salesforce solutions with the overall architecture
• Conduct unit tests and debug existing Salesforce code.
• Identify and fix any issues that arise within the Salesforce system.
• Monitor the health and performance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and stability.
• Perform regular Salesforce updates and maintain system documentation.
• Handle data migrations and integrations with external systems.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
