ERM is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Joint Sales Relationship Manager to optimize the commercial impact of our partnership through systems integration and advisory services provided on top of the Salesforce Net Zero Cloud (NZC) platform. This role reports to the Head of Delivery Partnerships and is based in London. Accountabilities
Maximize Salesforce-related joint selling opportunities

Establish and maintain ERM’s status as the go-to partner for Salesforce Net Zero Cloud-related opportunities. This entails

  • Liaising with Salesforce’s Global Partner Manager (primarily) and other stakeholders such as Salesforce’s key account executives for NZC and Core.

Run an impactful, targeted marketing program (closely following Salesforce’s marketing activities, incl. Dreamforce, World Tours and New York Climate Week) that maximizes value for money, mainly through joint events and buttressed by joint thought leadership.

Ensure transparency of emerging and ongoing opportunities by

  • Quality assuring the Salesforce pipeline in ERM’s CRM system, allowing accurate and timely reporting to ERM-internal management as well as the abovementioned Salesforce counterparts
  • Keeping up to date ERM’s opportunities in the Salesforce Partner Portal

Job Requirements

To apply for this role at ERM, you should provide evidence / demonstrate the following experiences and skills

  • Technology/Software/SaaS industry experience with exposure to go-to-market and/or service delivery

– or significant client-facing experience in a professional services firm collaborating with technology partners.

  • Designing and executing partnership programs with a technology or professional services firm, including co-marketing, co-selling and related management reporting
  • Professional project management
  • Navigating global, multicultural organizations and partnerships
  • Operating in a structured, self-motivated, creative fashion, demonstrating initiative and the ability to fill white space where required
  • Excellent communication in English - written, verbal, and presentation
  • Executive presence and gravitas
  • A passion for and familiarity with sustainability frameworks, decarbonization strategies and disclosure topics.
  • Advantageous: Exposure to Salesforce (as a technology, partner or employee)
