Description:
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Product Owner to own critical business and technological strategy. Qualified individuals will effectively partner with key stakeholders and end users to interpret, understand, and provide solutions to pain-points and enhancements to the overall internal team member experience. As a product owner, you will be partnered with specific business departments and the development team to prioritize, plan, scope, implement, and provide timelines for delivery as well as work with internal testing, training, and rollout support for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Create business line product roadmap as a high-level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering over time. It is both a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference as well as a plan for execution.
- Working as a conduit between the Salesforce team and business stakeholders to create proposed product improvements, visual wireframes and mock drafts, and process solutions that relate to solving the key challenges within the organization.
- Work with internal team members, vendors, and partners to define dependencies and resolve issues and risks that arise – removing logjams or blockers as necessary to ensure speedy delivery and resolution on items.
- Help represent both the voice of the internal stakeholders and Salesforce development teams. Seize opportunities to find ways to leverage the Salesforce application to help increase outputs to corporate initiatives, internal handle times and SLAs, and a simplified user experience.
- Provide frequent stakeholder communication and responses to inform of progress toward completion, achieving alignment on possible designs and solutions, gaining business and leadership signoff and approval.
- Create the product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives. Additionally, map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
- Partner with your team to build working solutions in order to obtain feedback as quickly as possible. This involves gathering, writing requirements, proposing solutions (both salesforce and non-Salesforce solutions), and working effectively with solutions architects.
