We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our Growth team and support our growing business in setting up and shaping the right processes in our CRM.
REQUIREMENTS
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce objects and how they interrelate
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a holistic view of the system
- Experience with CRM and campaign platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, or SAS is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Salesforce workflows and processes;
- Create and manage lists and attributes within the system;
- Reassign tasks to sales teams as needed;
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking;
- Execute small-scale developments and enhancements;
- Establish API connections with third-party tools for seamless integration;
- Oversee and maintain the strategic setup of all Salesforce settings;
- Collaborate with Sales teams and Direct Sales Leads to improve efficiency;
- Support the launch of Braze campaigns and other marketing initiatives, connected to SalesForce.
