Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a QA Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic team, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to create and execute test plans, identify issues, and ensure our deliverables are nothing short of exceptional. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, but above all, we are looking for someone who is driven, passionate, and ready to make an impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create, execute, and maintain test plans and cases for new and existing features, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define testing strategies, and ensure alignment.
  • Identify and Report Defects: Detect issues, thoroughly document them, and work with the team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Bring your insights and experience to help us enhance our processes, tools, and techniques for better quality outcomes.
  • Learn and Grow: Take advantage of learning opportunities to grow your skills, including gaining deeper Salesforce knowledge.
