We are currently seeking a Salesforce Release Manager - Remote Canada Position
The Salesforce Release Manager is accountable for driving and coordinating Salesforce enterprise IT project releases and regular Keep-the-Light-On (KLO) releases for internal Salesforce business application capabilities. The Salesforce Release Manager will work closely with IT development teams, IT operation teams, and IT program managers to deliver high-quality IT application
releases.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of IT Release Management experience in an enterprise Salesforce IT application development environment.
Self starter with strong ability to drive to tasks to completion independently.
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to look into release best practices, assess which may be applied to a problem space, and ultimately advocate for and
represent an implementation.
Ability to improve and maintain new and existing processes.
Expertise with Slack, Google docs.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Experience working with technology and implementations for one (1) or more of the following enterprise IT application platforms: Salesforce.com, Oracle E-Business Suite, Hyperion, Workday, MuleSoft, Data Warehouse and Adobe Experience Manager.
Familiar with Service Management and change control processes.
