Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e. g. CRM, ERP), filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources.
2+ years of experience as an Architect in a mid-sized organization with demonstrated leadership
- 2+ years of external consulting experience, including 3+ years of CRM consulting; and hands-on experience with one or more CRM software products such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud and/or SFI Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Management (including data governance/security and data quality).
- Experience with key areas of solution architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management.
- Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
- Multiple Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, FSC, Health Cloud, SFI Accreditation, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform developer 1, Marketing Cloud, CPQ etc.)
- Application development experience (JavaScript, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP and SQL)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

You are a subject matter expert in Salesforce and recognized within Gerent, Salesforce, and externally.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Gerent is on the lookout for Solution Architects* to join our Highly Regulated Industries team who can help our fast-expanding Financial Services, Healthcare, and Insurance practices empower enterprise clients through a digital transformation leveraging Salesforce. Solution Areas are what we want to be known for in the market; they are the areas on which our clients most frequently seek our guidance during their digital transformation journey. Within our Solution Areas, we have core offerings, which are the solutions we deliver to our clients. By specializing in and formalizing these select offerings, we can deepen our relationships with our clients across their entire business and compete in new areas, helping us to grow our market share.
As a Solution Architecture on our Highly Regulated Industries team, you will be responsible for delivering on the overall solution strategy of one of our Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance offerings at Gerent. You will report to the VP of Delivery & Customer Success in Highly Regulated Industries, and work with the entire Highly Regulated Industries team. You will partner closely with the Sales team to implement offering strategy, support sales and delivery, identify investment opportunities, grow talent, and be ultimately responsible for achieving quality delivery metrics for Gerent. In the role, you will also focus on driving best practices amongst the SA community; serving as a principal consultant to our clients, manage offerings related to capability and capacity, and own relationships with our partners and Salesforce. You will help drive the transformation of Gerent’s Highly Regulated Industries practice through providing innovative solutions to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a subject matter expert, who actively participates in the project, scoping, design, build, implementation and successful deployment of various Salesforce initiatives, with the end goal of delivering value for customers.
Responsible for design and managing the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
- Provide syndication of knowledge and contribute to the growth and development of other solution engineers (E.g., mentor, coach, host training sessions, etc.).

- Provide leadership for the Highly Regulated Industries team within the Center of Excellence (CoE) on offering and asset development
- Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, solution architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Force. com Platform education.
- Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer’s infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution. Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
- Build relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single customer engagement.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by identifying and leading internal strategic initiatives to grow the practice, leveraging junior teammates to achieve individual as well as team growth; serving as an active contributor to the practice knowledge and resource base; mentor, educate, and enrich technical and non-technical Salesforce customer and partner colleagues
