About the role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to drive the delivery of our roadmap, enhance our Front Office platform, and manage related integrations and client-specific projects. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep Salesforce expertise to design, prototype, and implement innovative solutions that address our unique business challenges. You will be a key player in shaping our technical architecture, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.What you’ll be doing

• Work with internal development teams to define technical architecture and scope projects.
• Engage with third-party vendors regarding AppExchange offerings and APIs.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Lead end-to-end implementation processes from planning to deployment.
• Define and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
• Evaluate technology trade-offs and communicate solution approaches.
• Produce technical documentation and lead Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
• Promote best practices in solution positioning and delivery.
• Define master data management, data migration, and data integration strategies.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce delivery management and technology implementation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, as well as Salesforce Architect certification.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce System and Solution Architecture design.
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and integration with Web Services (SOAP/REST/XML).
• Ability to engage senior clients and articulate the Salesforce platform’s value.
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to foster team-oriented environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills.
