To be considered for this role you will require …

• Ideally you will have a minimum of two years plus leadership experience with a proven track record in SAP delivery and team development.
• Five years’ consulting or functional experience within one or more core S/4HANA modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing outcomes and fostering a collaborative environment

A bachelor’s degree in computer science and experience within Manufacturing, Production or Supply chain is highly regarded in this role.

THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for a SAP Team Lead to guide our talented team and drive innovative solutions. You will lead a team of SAP Specialists in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions, ensuring key stakeholders across our business receive the highest level of service and expertise.
If you are an experienced SAP technical lead with extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and are passionate about people leadership then we would love to talk with you.

The main responsibilities of this role include…

• Coach, support and mentor your team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements ensuring that SAP solutions are perfectly aligned with business needs and priorities
• Deliver information support services across our SAP product suite ensuring service levels are being met
• Manage the resources required to deliver the agreed service levels, including 3rd party providers
• Communicating with Synlait staff about the status of faults, and coordinating staff involved with any necessary support activity
• Provide expert advice and leadership in the resolution of complex technical issues, leveraging deep industry knowledge and technical prowess
• Provide SAP technical leadership to cross functional project teams, guiding technical staff and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Key to your success will be your ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement ensuring we are always improving SAP system availability, scalability and performance.
