Responsibilities:

The ISBN Technology Consultant is accountable for driving initiatives with the SAP Cloud Solutions to automate their buying processes and drive collaborative commerce with their vendors. The Consultant’s responsibilities include the implementation of the SAP Procurement Solution to the customer’s business applications, in the majority of cases SAP ERP.

  • Consult customers on e-commerce cloud procurement solutions which include SAP ERP, Ariba, Fieldglass, and extension to Non-SAP applications.
  • Drive customer’s Procurement Technology stream to achieve successful and on-time deployment
  • Advise customers on creative and flexible solutions to speed deployment and ultimately Technology to drive their business
  • Lead and facilitate customer Technology sessions to identify and document customer requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different programs liaising with key functional areas
  • Responsible for driving Architecture design workshops and collaborating with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and manage testing process with customers from engagement to deployment
  • Lead and influence resources that impact success, including management and delegation of tasks to other teams/individuals when necessary
  • Handling escalations, providing consulting support for ad-hoc requests, and helping hand to the services sales team.
