Description:
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant will provide expertise in implementing and managing SuccessFactors Employee Central, including benefits and integrations with SAP HCM and third-party tools. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and involves travel within Canada for client site visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Employee Central Certification is mandatory.
- 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically in Employee Central (EC) Core, Global Benefits, and Intelligent Services, with integration knowledge for third-party tools and SAP HCM.
- At least one end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including benefits and SAP HCM integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Canada.
Responsibilities:
SuccessFactors Implementation and Support:
- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central with benefits integration.
- Work with clients to understand HR business processes and map them to SuccessFactors functionality.
Integration and Configuration:
- Configure and integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP HCM and third-party tools.
- Provide guidance on intelligent services within Employee Central.
Client Service and Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing high-quality service and ensuring satisfaction with implemented solutions.
- Offer technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to Employee Central and integrated systems.
Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay updated with SuccessFactors modules and functionality to provide enhanced solutions and recommendations to clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules is a plus.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
