QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Technical Skills
- SAP ERP Modules: In-depth knowledge of SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.
- Project Management: Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SAP technical elements such as ABAP, Fiori, and integration technologies.
- Process Improvement: Skilled in analyzing and optimizing workflows and business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP ERP Implementation: Oversee all project phases, from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Manage Project Teams: Lead functional consultants, technical teams, and business users, providing direction and monitoring progress.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining clear and regular communication about project status, risks, and adjustments.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify potential project risks, manage change processes, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conduct reviews and testing.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
