Description:
Work Required is to provide Daily Support to Goodwood Finance Departments
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FI and CO
Handle all Day to Day operations for the SAP FI and CO queries / tickets raised
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs
Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP modules
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
Document functional designs, test cases and results
Work self-directed and independently
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
SAP Certification FICO
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / certifications
5 + years IT / Finance related experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
Understanding accounting business processes / customer processes
Results orientated
