WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 7 years of work experience in consulting, delivering implementation services for various customers
- Very good knowledge of financial business and controlling processes
- Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI and SAP CO S/4Hana configurations
- Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules
- Experience in working in virtual teams and international environment
- Experience as team lead managing consultants into S/4Hana implementation projects
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics
- High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen
- Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services
- Professional Trainings & Solution Certification
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all raelevant solutions, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards
- Introduces SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience
- Plan and personalise the customer journey to cloud while maintaining global scalability and consistency
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
- Support pre-sales activities
- Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
- Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered
- Support line manager(s) in people development tasks and supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
- Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes
