Groupe Avversita is a Montreal-based company specializing in the implementation of SAP solutions. We propose strategies for the deployment of Analytical, Cloud and Business Intelligence solutions. Our expertise lies in business case analysis, solution architecture and deployment.
As an SAP FICO Analyst, you will play a key role in our customers’ digital transformation, supporting them in their financial processes. On the project, you will be able to optimize an existing model or design a new solution by identifying the customer’s needs. You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing business processes, while resolving technical and process issues. You will act as a team leader and ensure customer satisfaction. You will participate in the preparation of the detailed implementation plan for your functional area and in business development activities by providing proposals. The ideal candidate is a FICO technical consultant.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.
- Demonstrate leadership, self-confidence, organization and good communication skills.
- Ability to manage part of a project in own area of expertise and lead a team, ensuring quality of deliverables, on time and on budget.
- Focused on providing advice and support to customers, leading to other opportunities.
- Able to develop more complex functionalities and advanced configuration in his/her area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the project plan including writing the plan (scope, deliverables, estimates and timelines).
- Prepare and contribute to process design workshops, provide guidance to consultants, demonstrate processes and obtain customer acceptance.
- Supervise project activities assigned to him/her or his/her team, define priorities and ensure implementation of requirements.
- Perform FICO configuration, especially on advanced functionalities, and assist customers in test cycles and SAP knowledge transfer.
- Lead meetings and workgroups, monitoring and influencing the progress of workgroups, tracking project deliverables, etc.
