As our SAP Finance Functional Analyst you will be accountable towards Solutions Europe, TechOps BEC Finance Manager for the delivery of BEC (Business Expertise Center) and SAP template services within the Zone for critical IT solutions. Focus of the role is on Western Europe markets with the extension to Ukraine market (altogether 15 countries reside in the common SAP ECC instance and some other common SAP services like APO are in use in all the countries).

What will you be doing:
- Incident/Service Request/Change management, report transparently the work is done
- Second line end/key user support, training
- Vendor interaction, review documentation and challenging as part of change management process and Zone solution template governance for critical ERP platforms (SAP ERP).
- Regression testing for Finance and Controlling area as part or regular release cycle
- Translating business process change in impact on template solutions
- Proposes the improvements for the existing routines/reporting within BEC / area of responsibility
- Incident/Service Request daily delivery and resolution meeting the SLA
- Change Request management: govern on the solutions for Continuous Improvement (review/sign-off) which are delivered 3rd party providers
- Change Request delivery of the customizing changes and prepare the functional specifications for the developers if custom solution/adjustment is required
- Regular interaction with Europe Finance function leadership and key / end users to understand priorities, report progress, train, communicate and run change management for zone IT Finance solutions
- Update Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) as per business request or after change in any of IT solution in the area of responsibility
- Liaise with Solutions Demand and Delivery teams to support projects on-going or planned for the Zone/BU/Country
- Help in coordination and control different IT solutions support with 3rd party providers
- Coordinate the key users/end users during the Regression testing for the area of responsibility
- Propose the solutions/innovations for further improvements towards IT Leadership
- Initial training, internal training plan, ability to draw processes touching various IT and new technology systems, Knowledge management of business Key and End users
- Assist relationship building within the BSC, business unit and customers
- Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate relationships with third party providers
- Cooperate with other BSC teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities
What you’ll bring:
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Technical IT sciences or relevant experience
- Strong Expertise in SAP FI (Finance) and SAP CO (Controlling) customizing and setup is required
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology Operations or 2+ years participation in Corporate IT Projects or participation in 2 or more Finance (SAP ECC: FI/CO) Information Systems implementation projects
- Experience in Tax reporting, Fixed Assets solutions implementation/integration with SAP/support will be a plus
- Good knowledge and understanding of Project and Change Management
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and methods will be a plus
- Experience in working in a multi-national environment
- Experience working with teams spread across different geographies will be a plus
- Experience in IT solutions design and roll outs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
