What will help you succeed:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a SAP S/4HANA FI-CO consultant.
• Experience in creating and governing a global SAP template.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA in the following functionalities: general accounting including multiple ledgers (GL); accounts receivable and accounts payable (AP - AR); credit management (GL); tax accounting; reporting and documentation compliance; bank integration and reconciliation Intercompany pricing; product cost accounting and indirect cost control; cost center and profit center accounting; margin analysis; project system; planning and budgeting.
• Experience in Greenfield implementation of SAP S/4 HANA (from scratch).
• Experience in financial business processes (knowledge of the steel business is a plus).
• Experience in integrating SAP FI-CO modules with others such as: MM // SD // PM // PP.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation methodologies, such as SAP Activate and best practices for project delivery.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop junior consultants.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and act as a FICO lead on multiple simultaneous SAP implementation projects.
• SAP S/4 HANA certification in Finance and Controlling modules.
• Availability to travel to Monterrey, Nuevo León.
• Advanced English (B2+)
