QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in IT, economics, business administration or comparable education;
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
  • Knowledge of SAP authorizations is a plus;
  • Practical experience in different SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, PP, SD) is a plus;
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a structured manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks and impacts and define alternatives;
  • Passion for technology and customer orientation;
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and analyze SAP service requests and incidents from our SAP key users and gather additional information as needed;
  • Independently resolve tickets in the field of SAP authorizations and application issues;
  • Prepare complex tickets for handover to SAP Consultants by creating detailed descriptions of the symptoms and root causes;
  • Communicate with SAP key users via ticket tool, MS Teams and phone;
  • Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions;
  • Document incidents and resolutions to contribute to our solution library;
  • Support the SAP Consultants with testing activities, training material updates as well as technical and process documentation.
