THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Process Improvement or similar areas focused on SAP ECC and (or) SAP HANA
• Experience in Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain processes
• Techno-Functional experience - You understand the process flow conceptually and have an understanding of what users typically would do in the User Interface to follow it, but at the same time know the involved technical table names and fields.
• You have worked with the technical SAP tables before (through e.g. report building or other analytical work)
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab, ..) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, Process Mining and Data Architecture
• Strong communication skills in English (German optional) and enjoy interacting with various internal customers to understand and interpret business processes
• You are very dedicated and visionary and want to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
• Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program

THE ROLE:

As a techno-functional SAP in-house consultant, you will own and focus on the first two aspects of the team’s goals. For the short term, improving prebuilt transformations for existing ontologies (for processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management) for SAP ECC and (or) SAP S/4 HANA and validating them across our customer base. In the long term, defining and extending the existing ontology with additional process context. In addition, you would be one of the main points of contact for SAP content development - to facilitate use cases together with business app teams that are relevant for our SAP customer base.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and drive the implementation process for Object Centric Process Mining (OCPM) process models (our ontology) while delivering exceptionally high levels of service to ensure the optimal solution for our customers to leverage and scale
• Design and implement innovative extensions to the core ontology to reflect common practices between ERP systems by leveraging latest Celonis modeling as well as AI capabilities
• Collect and translate techno-functional feedback from the field to incorporate into further iterations of the ontology
• Set the foundation of the path to value to make the long-term customer success journey happen
