Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU C4C Techno-functional Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.
Role: SAP Industry Solution for Utilities (ISU) C4C Techno-functional Consultant
Job Level: Senior Manager
Location: Marana, AZ. Work from home - Hybrid.
Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with extensive SAP Techno Functional experience including development Testing & Documentation, Scoping, Fine Tuning, Configs SAP CX Service Core Extensibility C4C Sales and Integration. Additionally expertise in Metering Management Customer Relationship Management and Billing & Payments Management is required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 12+ years of experience, with a proven background in SAP ISU and Techno-functional C4C
• Possess a deep understanding of Testing & Documentation, Scoping, Fine Tuning, Configs, SAP CX Service Core Extensibility, and Integration.
• Demonstrate expertise in Metering Management, Field Service Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Billing & Payments Management.
• Proven track record of leading successful projects and delivering high-quality results.
• Be committed to continuous improvement and innovation
  This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

• Lead the design and implementation of functional architectures to optimize business processes.
