Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – ISBN Collections (Quadrem Americas)
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sargento Cabral 3770, Munro, Vicente Lopez
Duration: 6 up to 18 months
Anticipated start date: November or December 2024
Work set-up: Hybrid
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:
- Support preparation of period close
- Ensure accuracy in the financial records through proper execution of operational tasks Monitoring and Reporting
- Support cooperation and communication with internal and external customers
- Preparation of process documentation / working instructions
- Supporting other team members as back up
- Support projects and/or Improvement activities
- Participates in the monthly close process
- Ensures timely and accurate customer billing and collections. Analyses pending billing and identifies potential quality issues
- Database tunning
