Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – ISBN Collections (Quadrem Americas)
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sargento Cabral 3770, Munro, Vicente Lopez
Duration: 6 up to 18 months
Anticipated start date: November or December 2024
Work set-up: Hybrid

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

  • Support preparation of period close
  • Ensure accuracy in the financial records through proper execution of operational tasks Monitoring and Reporting
  • Support cooperation and communication with internal and external customers
  • Preparation of process documentation / working instructions
  • Supporting other team members as back up
  • Support projects and/or Improvement activities
  • Participates in the monthly close process
  • Ensures timely and accurate customer billing and collections. Analyses pending billing and identifies potential quality issues
  • Database tunning
