SAP Key User (m/w/d) External Factory

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As SAP Key User (m/w/d) the job holder implements, improves and supports Inbound, Outbound and Masterdata processes, global system extensions and European harmonization within the External Factory supply team. The area of accountability is the ERP system “Atlas” and the interfaced level 2 systems like Smart Booking, Control tower and PDLS.
This position is fixed term for 1 year.
Location: 75% Remote 25% Office
The team is based in Verden. However, applications from other locations are welcome.

• 70% Atlas Key User for Inbound/Outbound/Masterdata for our external suppliers in Europe: You are the first contact for Atlas users within External Factory team and factory staff in case of technical or process related issues and questions in daily usage or within projects. This includes the potential escalation to central support teams if necessary
• 30% Transport Expert:Primary contact for carriers and 4Flow in case of transport related issues, which require intervention of Mars associates (e.g. demurrage costs request or spot buy approvals)
• You are the link between the central support teams and local Atlas users, as well providing trainings and support for the end users
