Your tasks:
- Involvement in the development, improvement, availability, and maintenance of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) in Swiss Krono Group by performing the roles of SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist
- Leverage opportunities for standardization of business processes, EAM systems, and interfaces in close support and collaboration with other Consultants, site Maintenance teams, and IT Infrastructure teams.
- Develop the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) roadmap together with the business users and then implement the process across the Organization
- Support the preparation of local business cases for SAP-EAM including projects where the site needs expertise to identify and quantify improvements or gains, implement, or execute change programs
- Organize and lead the development and implementation of standard software-based maintenance performance in EAM and reporting systems
- Ensure that all EAM (SAP PM) governance, guidance, and standard documentation is kept up-to-date and communicated throughout the company
- Act as Swiss Krono SAP EAM representative for other initiatives and programs across the Organization
- Develop training materials and train the users in SAP EAM when needed;
- Solving incident and change requests which are opened in the ticketing tool (JIRA)
- Taking an active role in S/4HANA Projects
- Taking an active part in Rollout Projects
- Travel to our plant locations if/when needed
Your profile:
- 3 years of experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise);
- Deep knowledge of SAP-PM (as a must), spare parts managed by SAP IM and SAP EWM (nice to have);
- Experience with FIORI apps in implementation in the SAP EAM area;
- Experience with maintaining best practices related to EAM;
- Experience in Master Data in the area of EAM;
- Experience in implementing SAP projects, preferably also as an end-user;
- People skills to form strong business users relationships;
- Experience in implementing business processes / behavioral change initiatives;
- Strong understanding of an EAM project, budgeting, and cost management;
- Strong knowledge of standard industry approaches and best practices in the area of EAM;
- Responsibility for knowledge transfer in all directions.
- The ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization;
- Fluent in English (as a must) and German (nice to have)
