Description:

MISSION

As an SAP Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiating terms and pricing agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
