JOB DESCRIPTION:
Capgemini is seeking an SAP Solution Architect to join our team in Canada. As an SAP Solution Architect, your role will involve collaborating within a team to tackle intricate business challenges spanning from strategy conception to execution.
Location: Toronto / Vancouver
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA Technical conversion experience with at least 2 conversion / Bluefield / Greenfield projects exposure as a Solution Architect.
- Experience on steps involved in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Bluefield / Greenfield Technical Conversion projects – Readiness check report analysis, Simplifications items, Pre & post-conversion activities, CVI, code Remediations etc.
- Knowledge of SAP PI/PO Interfaces migration to SAP BTP Integration suite – CPI and tools involved.
- High-level view on impacts of FICO, DTC, OTC, PTP, MDM, and Warehouse Business Operations in SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion.
- Work with functional/Technical/Basis and other streams to create the detailed plan, and activities and drive the plan as a solution architect example – Sandbox, Development, QA, etc. system conversion plan, workshops, pre-conversion and post-conversion activities, code remediations, etc.
- Experience of Fiori Apps activation & Implementation and SAP Build work zone.
- Guide teams on simplification items remediations for Functional and Technical streams.
- Analysis for Code Remediation, process gaps, estimations, and effort, staffing requirements, SOW writing, review, signing, and Client presentations.
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA Technical Conversion or S/4HANA Implementation experience for Utilities customers (Electricity/water/gas) will be a bonus
Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass, but are not confined to:
- Cultivating strategic client partnerships while delivering top-notch work across various client projects in the capacity of a solution architect.
- Supervising teams to steer the design and execution of SAP technology solutions such as SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Demonstrating leadership process with an extensive understanding of SAP ECC to S/4HANA Bluefield / Greenfield Technical Conversion projects, including tasks like analyzing readiness check reports, addressing simplification items, managing pre and post-conversion activities, CVI, and code remediations.
- Proficiency in comprehending business functions and SAP functionalities to propel the development of client offerings and comprehensive transformation endeavors.
- Fostering cohesive and productive relationships within the team to create a conducive work environment.
- Spearheading solution strategy and project delivery as a SAP Solution Lead.
- Guiding client and technology partner teams in planning, managing, and executing high-quality engagements.
- Identifying and meeting client needs by establishing strong client relationships through networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills, identifying and proposing potential new service opportunities, and managing project logistics such as resource allocation, workflow, budgets, billing, and collection.
- Contributing to team dynamics by inspiring a shared vision, providing direction, motivating team members, promoting trust, leveraging diverse perspectives, coaching staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
