Description:
The Role
Job Description - Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules tailored to client needs, including employee data management, organizational structure, payroll integration, and time management. - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into effective EC solutions. - Manage and ensure seamless integration of EC with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Talent Management) and third-party applications, utilizing APIs and middleware as necessary. - Develop, deliver, and facilitate training materials for end-users, ensuring effective use of Employee Central functionalities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. - Oversee the data migration process from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors EC, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity throughout the migration. - Prepare comprehensive documentation for configuration, testing, and user manuals. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into HR processes and performance. - Ensure compliance with regional and international regulations, supporting GDPR, SOX, and other relevant policies in HR data handling and processes. - Offer insights and recommendations for process enhancements, leveraging SAP EC capabilities to improve HR efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Personal Skills - Strong analytical skills to analyze complex HR requirements and convert them into configurable solutions within the EC module. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with HR teams, stakeholders, and technical personnel. - Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Proactive problem-solving abilities, especially in troubleshooting technical issues and adapting configurations to meet client needs. - Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment. Technical Skills - Extensive experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with knowledge of key functionalities, including organizational management, employee data management, time management, and payroll integration. - Proficient in data migration tools and methodologies, including data mapping, validation, and security protocols. - Expertise in integrating EC with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Payroll, Learning, Talent Management) and external HR systems. - Proficient with APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., SAP CPI) for seamless connectivity with third-party applications. - Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., People Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud) for generating actionable insights from HR data. - Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly desirable, demonstrating advanced knowledge of the module’s functionalities. - Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies to validate EC configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
