QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus.

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet client requirements.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EC implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EC modules.
