SAP’s Corporate Processes & Information Technology organization offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced technical professional in the Talent & Learning IT product team. In our international, fast-paced environment, you will help drive strategic business objectives throughout the product lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Work on Talent & Learning deliverables that are part of the HR IT portfolio roadmap
  • Refine collaboratively the product backlog to create acceptance criteria relevant to our technical delivery
  • Work on technical configuration, testing, release management, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery
  • Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements, present new features to our stakeholders
  • Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
  • Help improve our agile ways working
  • Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience

Responsibilities:
