SAP Support – Your next step towards SAP

• € 2,819* gross/month (basis full-time 40 h/w)
  Your Responsibilities

As part of the SAP-Team in our Finance division, you will be responsible for the ticket system and incoming inquiries (with a focus on SAP) for our Finance (incl. Purchasing/Logistics), Human Resources and Grant Office units. You will work in a well-coordinated and dynamic team as the central point of contact for all SAP topics.

• Contact person in first level support SAP (SAP MM/FI/CO/HCM incl. OM and Fiori), access rights and roles
• Processing and organizing tickets and change requests
• Change of existing and definition of new user authorizations in SAP including being responsible for the SAP authorization concept
• Act as contact and coordination person in-house (e.g., for IT) and via external business partners (e.g., for the company hosting the SAP system and companies for customizing) for SAP related support tasks
• Change of existing and definition of new workflows in SAP including maintaining the approval tables
• Programming/change of small function modules and interfaces
• Support the SAP Team Lead and In-House Consultants in SAP projects

Your Profile

• Completed IT education or professional experience working with IT systems, ideally SAP
• Good knowledge and experience in IT (SAP) user administration and authorizations as well as experience in IT (SAP) workflow systems
• Good knowledge and experience in ERP systems, highly desirable in SAP
• First experience in programming, ideally in ABAP
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication skills, results orientation, structured way of working
