Reporting to the Director of Care, the Scheduling & Nursing Clerk provides assistance to the Nursing Department through a variety of office, supplies and clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- As the back up to our Scheduling & Attendance Coordinator, you will work in ‘WorkDay’, to help prepare nursing staff schedules and payroll processes. Replace staff due to absences, etc.
- Manage the ordering process for the Nursing department by maintaining inventory levels of nursing supplies, forms and equipment.
- Maintain files/records such as current and/or discharged resident files, in-service attendance records, etc. Processed orders or requisitions, book resident appointments, etc.
- Adhere to policies and procedures for department regarding fire, infection control, safety and quality assurance.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
