Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assess development concepts in alignment with Technology Roadmaps.
- Initiate, perform and support key developments of process technologies and methods within the framework of projects, incl. experimental work and coordination of lab, pilot or production trials.
- Continuously ensure and drive the development of knowledge within the technology fields and share efficiently knowledge within relevant working groups and Scientist organization to ensure the necessary competence level defined by the technology strategy.
- Monitor competitor developments and trends on operational level
- Contribute to, provide consultation or initiate invention disclosures, maintain and develop
