Scrum Master

Our banking client is looking for Scrum Master to join their team in September.

About the assignment and your responsibilities:

• Leading one Agile / Scrum team
• Organizing and driving Sprints ceremonies
• Assisting Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning
• Working to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals
• Supporting Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence, Microsoft 365

Required experience and knowledge:

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Excellent understanding of SAFe and the Agile mindset and values.
• Several years of experience as a scrum master
• Experience in IT and preferably in the banking area
• Experience with distributed global teams
• Good knowledge about iterative and incremental development
• Good knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• Technical background (developer, tester, IT analyst etc)
• Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
• Excellent dependency management skills, structured and self-driven

Allocation: 100%
Assignment start date: September
Duration: 31.03.2025
Location: Finland. Team is working from the local office on a weekly basis (approximately 3 days per week).
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
