We have an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master to join our LWB 360 Platform team and focus on delivering our core product offering across multiple major client projects. The Propylon Government Solutions team is developing the next generation of legislative drafting and document workflow management tools using modern and innovative technologies. We need an agile focused and technically minded Scrum Master to facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes, ensuring the department can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. • Monitor and compare estimated versus actual effort for tasks.
  • Adjust sprint plans to reflect changes in team capacity and project scope.
  • Maintain accurate records of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Utilize Atlassian JIRA’s advanced planning and reporting features to enhance project transparency and efficiency.
  • Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and inform decision-making.
  • Train team members on effective JIRA usage and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Support developers in overcoming obstacles and achieving sprint objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders
