Description:
Knowledge&Skills:
- Education Level: 7 (master degree)
- EN: C1
- Experience after education: 8 years
- Is experienced in ICT in the role of Information Security Architect or Auditor
- Holds CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certificate or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certificate or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certificate or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of designing security architecture, demonstrating solutions delivery, principles and emerging technologies
- Designing and implementing security solutions. This includes continuous monitoring and making improvements to those solutions, working with an information security team.
- Experience in consulting and engineering in the development and design of security best practices and implementation of solid security principles across the organization, to meet business goals along with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing and security: data breaches, broken authentication, hacking, account hijacking, malicious insiders, third parties, APTs, data loss and DoS attacks.
- Practical knowledge of Identity and access management (IAM) – the framework of security policies and technologies that limit and track the access of those in an organization to sensitive technology resources.
- Experience with relevant National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards, ISO27001 and COBIT
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, project and team-building skills, including the ability to lead teams and drive projects and initiatives in multiple departments
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects
- The ability to be the enterprise security subject matter expert who can explain technical topics to those without a technical background
Specific requirements:
[1] At least 3 years of experience in systems development
[2] At least 2 years of experience in testing complex systems
[3] Experience with Agile software development methodologies
[4] Capability and technical knowledge for developing solutions in SharePoint 2019 and/or SharePoint online
[5] Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management and related technologies
[6] Ability to explain security architecture in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical audience
