To ensure consistent collaboration and strong team connectivity, we have a guideline for our colleagues to spend a minimum of four days per week at the office.
Your Responsibilities and Duties:
3D Modeling: Create complex and detailed 3D models that adhere to project specifications using Autodesk 3ds Max.
Real-Time Game Engines: Optimize 3D models for real-time performance in game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine, ensuring high visual fidelity.
Texturing and Rendering: Develop realistic textures and materials within a Physically Based Rendering (PBR) workflow using Substance Suite (Substance Painter or Substance Designer) and, ideally, Quixel.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers and developers, to integrate 3D models into projects effectively.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling, real-time engines, and texturing techniques to continuously improve our projects.
Your Skills and Qualifications
3D Modeling Expertise: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in 3D modeling, with strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max.
Real-Time Game Engine Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with real-time game engines, specifically Unity or Unreal Engine.
Optimization Skills: Ability to optimize 3D models for real-time performance without compromising visual quality.
Texturing and Rendering Knowledge: Solid understanding of the PBR pipeline and experience with Substance Suite (Substance Painter or Substance Designer); familiarity with Quixel is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in creating and implementing realistic textures and materials.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
