WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking a Senior Account Executive who will provide support in the areas of project management, content development, partner engagement, digital and social media, and more. As part of a team, you’ll collaborate with creative, writing, and communications staff to provide quality services to our federal clients.
- This position is a contingent hire, meaning it is contingent on Fors Marsh winning an upcoming proposal. The interview process will be the same as our standard process, the offer letter (should we decide to move forward) will serve as a letter of commitment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Experience 5+ years in project management support and marketing strategy/strategic planning.
- Experience supporting various facets of communications and marketing plans including strategy development, media relations, social media marketing, and project management.
- Excellent organization, writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.

Responsibilities:
- With little supervision, manages discrete tasks on major accounts both in execution and project management, which may include financial management.
- Works with junior staff to meet client and company priorities and reports back to senior management on a routine basis.
- Understands clients’ marketing needs and supports the planning, implementation, and development of digital marketing assets, event marketing and management, branding, stakeholder engagement and outreach, public relations, internal marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Oversees others in drafting internal and external communications messages and products, and other client deliverables.
- Supports elements of the day-to-day responsibility of client communications by assisting in the planning and execution of multiple projects.
- Manages timelines and ensures all contract deliverables are on time in support of total program success.
- Communicates goals and determines milestones for clients and creative teams.
- Supports other client, divisional, and company priorities identified by leadership, as needed.
