Senior BIM Coordinator

• Work with BIM manager to update and enhance the discipline specific information in BEP to improve processes and deliverables
• Model exchange between authors, users and reviewers.
• Validating the level of detail and controls as defined for each project phase.
• Validating modelling content during each phase of the project
• Combining or linking multiple models
• Coordinating and controlling project shared coordinates
• Participating in design reviews and model coordination meetings
• Running clash detections on inter-discipline linked models and highlighting potential issues to relevant parties.
• Communicating issues back to their project teams
• Keeping file naming compliant to company or project standards
• Managing version control
• Controlling file storage of the model files in the collaborative project management system
• Controlling PIM files and the delivery and storage of within the Project Team.
• Supporting BIM modelling when necessary
• Attend meeting with Contractor for CCSM Meeting
• QA/QC for BIM modelling
