Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Payments

Salary: Up to $190k package
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst experienced in payments to shape and execute payment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in payments, with knowledge of NPP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile or iterative development methodologies preferred.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into requirements.
• Analyze payment processes and systems, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Lead design and implementation of payment solutions, focusing on quality and compliance.
• Provide expertise on New Payments Platform (NPP) and other payment technologies.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for payment initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout projects.
