Description:
As Senior Business Development Manager at POHA House, you will co-lead the Growth department and be responsible for growing our brand through sales, strategic partnerships and upselling strategies. Being part of our Aachen based team, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing to help POHA House achieve its occupancy and revenue goals. You will have the opportunity to develop your own initiatives and test out your ideas while pushing the company forward.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to succeed in a startup environment
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate across multiple functions
- Lead and develop the sales team as a co-head of the Growth department together with the Head of Marketing
- Help to achieve our occupancy and revenue goals
- Oversee and improve the (pre-sales) User Experience to grow our brand
- Represent POHA House with prospecting clients and strategic partners and present the brand in the best possible way
- Oversee our B2B and B2C Sales and ensure we hit our Growth KPI’s across all of our locations including short-stay, residential and co-working spaces
