Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant - Project Management to join our Lockbox Operations team within Global Operations Shared Services in the Chief Operating Office (COO). Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and Lead Lockbox Operations strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Documents business justification including benefits and expenses and gathers necessary approvals
  • Creation of complete and thorough project task plans and milestones
  • Creates purchase orders and engagements necessary for equipment purchases documenting justifications
  • Determines and monitors all necessary reporting against baseline measurements
  • Determines and documents accurate risk documentation and approvals for all projects and communicates to all partners to gain approvals from Front Line Control partners
  • Provides support for training materials and training activities in advance of all projects and initiatives
  • Provides post project monitoring and reporting through closure
  • Provides regular updates for the duration of projects and initiatives
