Summary:
For one of our customer delivery engagement teams in the EMEA North region, we are looking for a Client Delivery Manager who will manage SAP Enterprise Cloud Services customers. Each Customer account has both roles assigned which are responsible for all tasks and activities around the service delivery. This is an enabling function to help customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey delivering Business Value and Outcomes in the form and pace that customer wants out of their SAP landscape. You as Client Delivery Manager contribute to SAP’s global strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team.
The Client Delivery Manager is a key member of the SAP ECS ensuring Coordination and Customer Satisfaction throughout the Customer Lifecycle in Enterprise Cloud Services.
Role:
The Client Delivery Manager is the key role in the ECS unit who manages the client and owns, develops and supports growth of the client relationship within SAP RISE service offerings. This role is the voice of the customer within SAP. The Client Delivery Manager also acts as an escalation instance for all issues with regards to ECS engagements. She/he drives the relationship management incl. customer communication and ensures the coordination of the Enterprise Cloud Services service. In this role it is important to drive the digital transformation to success.
Ensure the smooth delivery, which includes from the entire lifecycle of the customer within our Cloud offering. From onboarding via operations up to renewal management are the key responsibilities of the Client Delivery Manager.
