Description:
JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards expected by our clients. As a collaborative leader, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and various stakeholders to align project goals and deliver innovative solutions that contribute to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a diverse team.
- Proven experience in budget management and project scheduling.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and close-out.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineering staff to coordinate construction activities and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and timelines.
- Enforce safety and quality standards on-site, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Provide leadership to site personnel, ensuring effective communication and a positive work environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and potential risks.
