We are looking for a Senior Corporate Officer (M/F) on a permanent contract.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Law or very strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal French communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent proficiency in KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and initiative-driven
  • High level of autonomy
  • Organized and methodical approach
  • Effective task prioritization and workload management

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the onboarding of companies and establishing their corporate structures.
  • Overseeing day-to-day management activities related to these companies.
  • Coordinating and managing board meetings, general meetings, and drafting various corporate legal documents, such as Annual General Meeting (AGM) documents, Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents, Articles of Association (AoA), liquidation deeds, shareholders’ agreements, and more.
  • Communicating with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.
  • Preparing necessary bank documentation, including bank account opening forms, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and due diligence processes.
  • Providing support in the creation and organization of the Luxembourg office.
