YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • You have successfully completed your studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and have gained experience in shaping customer experiences across digital channels or platforms
  • You are passionate about exciting the customer and understanding their needs to cater to them effectively
  • You possess strong analytical skills and can translate customer insights into actionable strategies that enhance customer engagement
  • With a keen eye for detail, a very structured way of working, and your “make it happen” attitude, you know how to drive projects forward
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels

Responsibilities:

  • You lead the personalization of customer communication, with the ultimate goal of turning one-time customers into repeat customers and fostering long-term loyalty
  • You manage customization initiatives end-to-end, from ideation and business case development to translating strategies into technical requirements for CRM Operations & Tech, QAing the final product, and analyzing results post-launch
  • You explore and evaluate new communication channels to assess their potential for personalization and enhance customer engagement
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM Operations & Tech, product management, and data analytics, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives
