ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst who will bring advanced analytical expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will hold an honours degree in a scientific or numerate discipline and have at least five years of experience managing complex data analysis across multiple datasets within a higher education environment. A proven track record in data governance, machine learning, and handling sensitive data is essential, along with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Azure, PowerBI, and Python.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to derive KPIs and SLAs by working with stakeholders are critical for this role. Experience of presenting data through visualisations, creative insights from varied datasets, and a commitment to high-quality service provision are essential. Knowledge of higher education recruitment and admissions and experience with SITS: Vision, Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Student Recruitment and Admissions team. Reporting into the Head of Student Recruitment, this is a newly created role which will primarily focus on analysing recruitment and admissions data, translating it into valuable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. You will identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to support student recruitment efforts, ensuring we meet KPI’s and continue to attract top talent worldwide. By leveraging multiple databases, you’ll develop innovative approaches that enhance our understanding of recruitment and admissions, helping shape the future of student intake.
