Description:
As our highly valued Senior Delivery and Systems Lead, you’ll contribute to ensuring a bright future for Queensland, Australia and our global partners. And you’ll do this with people who want you to grow and progress.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of projects across the Information Technology and delivery division. You will develop functional requirements and documentation in the form of user stories, process flows, technical specifications and user acceptance criteria, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders to prioritise and negotiate delivery expectations. You will play a key role in supporting the ICT business plan and outcomes that align to the strategic direction of TIQ, and contribute to the Queensland Trade and Investment Strategy 2022 - 2032.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of projects by effectively participating in project planning sessions and team meetings.
- Lead the facilitation of stakeholder workshops, leveraging findings from analytics and other discovery work.
- Develop functional requirements documentation in the form of user stories, process flows, technical specifications, and user acceptance criteria.
- Liaise with the business and technical teams (including vendors) to prioritise and negotiate delivery expectations.
- Provide process governance, guidance, mentoring and advice to staff and coordinate and manage the Agile (SCRUM) teams, escalating quality issues to the relevant Manager.
- Identify opportunities to develop and improve processes, procedures, and ITD frameworks, promoting quality control, consistency and continual improvement.
